We are seeking for a Business Development Manager who can take charge of Sales & Marketing of the firm. An accountable role with challenging responsibilities, targets & SMART goals to achieve.

Responsibilities

  • Create new ventures with an eye towards success, backed with a concrete plan for scale.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships & creating ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Spearhead pre-sales & sales for it’s products & services.
  • Foster relationships with Clients.
  • Ensure resources on-board understand the need for change and deliver what is required of them.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Create compelling new value propositions for customers.
  • Design organizational structures, strategic assets, and operating models to help the company drive its own innovation.

Skills And Qualifications

Prior experience in B2B Sales as well as Marketing.
A minimum of 3 years industry experience.
The ability to coach and teach fellow team members on technology sales & marketing.
Ability to work in an ambiguos environment.
A masters degree in business, or equivalent life experience.
A willingness to get your hands dirty.
